Saint Francis Healthcare System is pleased to announce that Scott Gard, MD, FACS, is accepting new patients and established office visits at Saint Francis Clinic Poplar Bluff effective July 8.
Gard will be traveling to Poplar Bluff on the second and fourth Thursday of each month to expand his vascular and endovascular services to patients in the region. To schedule an appointment, please call Cape Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery at 573-331- 3155.
Gard is a board certified vascular surgeon who is passionate about all aspects of vascular and endovascular surgeries, according to a press release from Saint Francis. Gard received his medical education from University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine, later fulfilling his residency at University of Missouri – Kansas City Truman Medical Center and St. Luke’s Hospital, followed by a fellowship at University of Tennessee – Memphis.
Gard remains active as a Diplomate of The National Board of Medical Examiners and on the State of Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.
Gard is board certified in vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery.
