Berry Wayne Hinkle, 77, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away June 2, 2021. He was born January 7, 1944 at Corning, Arkansas to the late James Daniel Hinkle and Ivory (Hafferty) Hinkle.
He is survived by five children, Ivory (Jack) Bergeron, Debbie Johnson, James Russell Johnson, Samantha Kay Hinkle and Cody Wayne Hinkle. He is also survived by his grandchildren, DeOnna (Jake) Bellm, Jack Bergeron II, Christopher Bergeron, Arron Parker and Rachell (Donald) Fransico and 13 great-grandchildren also survive. Sisters, Polly (Rob) Simmons, Caroline (Steve) Dusza and brothers, Leon (Linda) Hinkle, Dale (Irene) Hinkle, Alvin (Opal) Hinkle and John Hinkle, survive as well.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Daniel Hinkle and Ivory Hinkle Messinger, as well as one granddaughter, Holly Parker; sisters, Mary Poe, Tilda Meadors, Essie (Marvin) Pennington and Bessie Hinkle and two brothers, Carl (Jane) Hinkle and Walter Hinkle.
He had worked in construction and enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling and board games.
Visitation for Berry will be Monday, June 7 starting at noon with the funeral following at 1 p.m., all in the Fowler and Sons Funeral Home at Neelyville, Missouri. Burial will be in the Pope Chapel Cemetery near Doniphan with William Meadors officiating.
