HERCULANEUM, Mo. — The SEMO Cleats of Fire AAU track and field team competed in its first event in over a year to open its season.
The Dick Cook/Team Missouri Invitational meet was held May 16 at Herculaneum High School.
Zionah Johnson won the 11-12 age group high jump by clearing 4-feet, 2-inches and won the long jump at 13-5 while finishing ninth in the 200-meters at 31.78 seconds, the fourth-fastest time in her heat.
Nya Noble-Romero, 13-14 division, won the 3,000-meters in 12 minutes, 37.29 seconds, placed second in the 800 at 2:42.36 and was third in the 1,500 at 5:52.51.
Jamya Hagerman-Buttrom, 13-14 division, placed second in the 100 at 13.99 seconds, was third in the 200 at 28.28 and was sixth in the long jump at 13-10.
Lyrica Dudley, 13-14 division, placed second in the discus at 50-5 and was seventh in the shot put at 25-6.
Kenodre Dudley, 11-12 division, finished second in the discus at 40-2 and the shot put at 20-9.
Chance Scott, 11-12 division, was second in the high jump clearing 3-8 and fifth in the long jump at 12-5.
Calisa Price, 7-8 division, placed fourth in the 400-meters at 1:33.87 and was fifth in the long jump at 7-feet while finishing seventh in the 200 at 38.82.
Nia Stromas, 13-14 division, finished eighth in the 100 at 14.52, ninth in the long jump at 12-1 and was 10th in the 200 at 30.04.
Jaylin Dudley, 9-10 division, finished 21st in the long jump at 7-4, was 34th in the 100 at 17.99 and 35th in the 200 at 40.37.
