Randy Scott Crumley Jr., 35, no address listed, was arrested Sunday, May 2, in the 1300 block of Shelby Road on suspicion of possession of imitation controlled drugs, second degree tampering with a motor vehicle and a felony failure to appear warrant for a stolen vehicle. She was booked into the Butler County jail.

POPLAR BLUFF FIRE DEPARTMENT
Poplar Bluff firefighters responded at 6.05 p.m. Friday, April 30, to Fresenius Medicial, 3050 Tucker Road. They were told en route it was a false alarm. One truck continued to the site and talked with an employee, who was waiting for the alarm company.

Firefighters responded to Lester and Ninth streets at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, May 1, to an unauthorized burn behind a vacant house without a visible address. They used 20 gallons of water to put out the burning leaves.
MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
According to patrol reports, one person suffered moderate injuries while a second had minor injuries at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 1, when a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Joyce E. Cluckey, 44, of Williamsville, made a left turn and struck a 1987 Chevrolet Covette driven by Robert A. Shouse, 33, on south Main street at East street in Williamsville. Shouse was transported by personal vehicle to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Tiffany L. LaPlant, 40, of Silva received serious injuries when the 2000 Polaris 325 she was driving failed to negotiate a curve on a private drive off Wayne County Road 213 one mile south of Lodi and overturned at about 11:15 a.m. Sunday, May 2. She was transported by Air Evac to St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis.

Terry W. Johnson, 51, of Poplar Bluff suffered moderate injuries at 6:25 a.m. Monday when the 2002 Toyota Tundra he was driving ran into the rear of a 2006 Peterbuilt driven by Russell S. Fitzpatrick, 54, of Shelbyville, Michigan. Johnson was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

According to the patrol reports, at 11:35 a.m. Monday, May 3, a crash occurred when a 2015 KIA Optima driven by Monica M. Johnson, 43, of Poplar Bluff failed to yield and was struck by a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro being driven by Cornelious L. McIntosh, 34, of Poplar Bluff. They were both westbound on Highway PP at Physician’s Parkway. Johnson was taken by private conveyance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
At 12:31 p.m. Monday, McIntosh was arrested on a Butler County warrant for felony probation violation for non support, driving while suspended, no seat belt and no insurance. He was booked into the Butler County jail.

Russell L. Black, 39, of Fairdealing was arrested at 12:26 a.m. Saturday, May 1, in Ripley County on suspicion of DWI, no seat belt and no rear license plate. He was held at the Doniphan Police Department.

David L. Allen, 32, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 1:37 a.m. Saturday, May 1, in Butler County on a Poplar Bluff warrant for failure to appear for no insurance. He was held at the Poplar Bluff Police Department.

Dennis R. Crockett, 52, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 3:31 p.m. Saturday, May 1, in New Madrid County on suspicion of DWI (habitual offender), DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no seat belt. He was held at the Sikeston Department of Public Safety.

Jonsha D. Robinson, 28, of Malden was arrested at 2:59 a.m. Sunday, May 2, in Dunklin County on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance (marijuana over 35 grams), felony unlawful use of a weapon (two counts), possession of a controlled substance (marijuana less than 10 grams), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and no seat belt. He was held in the Dunklin County Sheriff’s Office.
