CAPE GIRARDEAU — Saint Francis Healthcare System is pleased to announce leadership changes for Jeremy Jones, Lanae Romann and Gayla Tripp.
Jones was named the financial planning and analysis manager in January 2021. Jones joined Saint Francis in 2012 as a financial data analyst. He has served as manager of accounting and controller. In his new role, Jones is responsible for the management of the financial systems used for financial reporting and analysis.
Romann, RN, MSN, transitioned to her new role as the patient care manager of the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the beginning of 2021. In her new role, Romann is responsible for the clinical leadership of the NICU and accountable for the delivery and standards of care. Throughout her extensive time at Saint Francis, Romann most recently served as the manager of accreditation and compliance, as well as an accredited compliance coordinator, performance improvement specialist, registered nurse and administrative partner.
Tripp, RN, MSN, CIC, CPHQ, was named manager of accreditation and compliance at the end of January 2021. Utilizing performance improvement methodology, Tripp is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the performance improvement department, as well as supporting various accreditation and compliance duties. In her time at Saint Francis, she has served as an infection preventionist and manager of infection prevention and environmental services.
