Roy Hall, age 80, of Poplar Bluff, died Monday, January 18, 2021 at Valley Baptist Medical Center, in Harlingen, Texas. Mr. Hall was born November 4, 1940 in Fisk, son of the late Everett and Ossie Hall. He had retired from General Motors. He also owned and operated Hall’s Refrigeration for several years.

On January 2, 1960 he married Carolyn Shearrer. She survives. Also surviving are two children, Karen Moore and Randy Hall, both of Poplar Bluff; one sister, Alice Jarrell of Dexter; one brother, Charles ‘Dub’ Hall of Essex; six grandchildren, Jason, Brett and McKayla Hall, Joshua and Brennen Moore and Breanna Foust; ten great-grandchildren and his beloved dog, Keisha.

He was also preceded in death by six siblings, Sue Duncan, Brent Hall, Gary Lynn Hall, Deloma ‘Toots’ Caldwell, Marge Allen and Walker Hall.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Monday, February 1 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bob Davis officiating. Face coverings will be required. Burial will be in Ash Hill Cemetery East in Fisk. The family requests memorials be given to the Ash Hill Cemetery Association.
