MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
Two Stoddard County teenagers were injured in a one-vehicle crash at 11 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, at the intersection of County Road 322 and County Road 623 in Bollinger County.
According to the report, Jason M. Barrentine, 23, of Malden was operating a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire southbound when it ran off the road into a ditch.
Barrentine’s passengers, Brandon Hamilton, 17, of Dexter and Montavious Cole, 18, of Bernie, suffered minor injuries and were taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau for treatment.
Barrentine was arrested at 12:54 a.m. on suspicion of DWI (drugs). He was booked at the Bollinger County Jail and released.

Chance A. Crawford, 31, of Kennett was arrested at 5:24 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, on a Dunklin County warrant for obstructing a court order and a Butler County failure to appear warrant for driving while revoked. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Joseph Lee Burkhart, 40, of the 400 block of Highway NN was arrested at 7:03 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, in the 700 block of Warren Street on suspicion of violation of an order of protection. He was booked at the Butler County jail.
