MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
A 26-year-old Greenville man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 11:17 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, on Highway OO, two miles south of Burfordville.
According to the report, Austin W. Sutton was operating a 2005 Dodge pickup northbound when it ran off the right side of the road. Sutton reportedly overcorrected, which then caused his truck to run off the left side of the road and strike a tree.
Sutton suffered moderate injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau for treatment.

Holden, 51, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11, on two Butler County failure to appear warrants for possession of a controlled substance, assault and resisting arrest and four Butler County warrants possession of marijuana, no insurance, driving while suspended and resisting arrest. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Lisa Marie Pence, 44, of the 700 block of Dewey Street was arrested at 5:14 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11, at the Dollar General Store in the 700 block of East Pine Street on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting. She was booked and released on bond.
