Mary Ellen Gibson, 64, of Doniphan, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021 at her home.
Mrs. Gibson was born on Aug. 1, 1956 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She enjoyed deer hunting, taking care of cows, watching westerns, crochet, fishing, cooking and canning.
On Aug. 26, 1985, Mary married Hughie Gibson in Poplar Bluff. He survives.
Also surviving are children, David Landreth, Hughie Gibson II (Catherine), Nathan Gibson (Sarah); one brother, Larry Cole (Theresa); grandchildren, Kayleigh Gibson, Alleigh Gibson, Cole Gibson and Chase Gibson; niece, Charity Pennington; as well as great-niece and nephew, Melody and Grady Pennington.
Mary is preceded in death by parents, Franklin and Mary Ann Cole.
A graveside Service will take place oat 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021 at the New Hope Cemetery in Doniphan.
Fowler and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
