A New Year’s Day Old School Beauty Pageant is planned for Friday at the Holiday Inn Ballroom in Poplar Bluff.
Registration and doors open at 8:30 a.m. and the event will start at 9 a.m. Spectator door admission is $5.
Attire is any kind of dress: Sunday best or formal.
Cost is cash only at the door. All awards is $60.
Awards are one queen per age group; one princess per age group; one to four runners up per age group and side awards per age group.
Crowning will be held after each age group.

• birth to 12 months, registration at 9 a.m. pageant starts at 9:30 a.m.
• 13-24 months, registration at 10:30 a.m. pageant starts at 11 a.m.
• 2-3 years registration at 11:30 a.m. pageant starts at noon
• 4-5 years registration at 12:30 a.m. pageant starts at 1 p.m.
• 6-7 years registration at 1:30 a.m. pageant starts at 1:45 p.m.
• 8-10 years registration at 2:15 a.m. pageant starts at 2:30 p.m.
• 11-13 years registration at 3 p.m. pageant starts at 3:15 p.m.
• 14-15 years registration at 3:45 p.m. pageant starts at 4 p.m.
• 17 years -up registration at 3:45 p.m. pageant starts at 4 p.m.
Boys:
• birth - 24 months registration at 9 a.m. pageant starts at 9:30 a.m.
