Benessa M. Gross, 39, of the 1100 block of Benton was arrested at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, on Valley Street on a failure to appear warrant for trespassing. She was booked at the Butler County jail and later posted bond.

Lance T. Whitehorn, 34, of the 1100 block of Benton was arrested at 12:52 p.n. Wednesday, Nov. 25, on Valley Street on a warrant for trespassing. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Tony R. Foster, 32, of the 500 block of West Harper was arrested at 12:31 p.m.Thursday, Nov. 26, at his residence on a probation violation warrant for peace disturbance. He was transported to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Michael A. Deaner, 36, of the 500 block of South Ninth Street was arrested at 9:40 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, at his home on failure to appear warrants for peace disturbance and resisting an officer. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Walter Roesch of the 2000 block of Kentucky Avenue reported at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, that the rear license plate to his truck had been stolen or lost.

Employees of Shoe Dept. Encore at 747 N. Westwood Blvd. reported at 8:46 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, that four pairs of shoes had been stolen from the business about an hour earlier.

Johnny F. Sauls, 51, of Wappapello was arrested at 10:12 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, at the Probation and Parole office on Butler and Stoddard county warrants for passing a bad check, and a Kennett warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Katie Bollinger of the 200 block of Lauren Lane reported Monday, Nov. 23, that her Republic Services trash can had been stolen sometime the previous Friday morning.

Employees of the Qulin Public Water District office reported at 8:05 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16, that someone had gained entry into the building during the previous night and several items were stolen. Items missing included a safe with $2,000 cash, thumb drives and business records, along with a security camera.

MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL

Raynor K. Cooke, 27, of Window Rock, Arizona, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, in Stoddard County on suspicion of DWI, careless and imprudent driving and failure to dim headlights. He was taken to the Stoddard County Jail.
