David Nelson

David Winfred Nelson, 58, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, died Friday, Nov. 20, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Nelson was born July 27, 1962 in Gary, Indiana. He was a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed playing the guitar and visiting with friends and family.

On Aug. 21, 1992, he married Janet Winingnear. She survives.

Also surviving are his mother: Dolly G. Nelson of Poplar Bluff; one brother: Daniel Nelson of Poplar Bluff; nieces and nephews: Daniel Nelson II, Kala Nelson, David Nelson and Alan Nelson and great-niece and nephew: Cheyenne and Dyson Nelson.

He was preceded in death by his father: Samuel Nelson.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2020 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Qulin. Funeral services follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. David Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Qulin Cemetery. Condolences: www.whitesandersfuneralhome.com
