Billie Bates

Billie Jean Bates, 73, of Poplar Bluff, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020.

Billie was born Sept. 14, 1947, in Poplar Bluff to the late John and Mable Riepe.

She is survived by two daughters, Angela Angel of Scott City and Kristi (John) Caudel of Fisk; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Amy Maxwell of Arizona.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Mike Stevenson officiating. Burial will be in Ash Hill Cemetery.
