MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
A 52-year-old Wappapello man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 2:05 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, on Highway A, one mile west of U.S. 67.
According to the report, Claude H. Gore was operating a 2012 Ford Focus westbound when it ran off the right side of the road and struck a highway sign, bridge embankment and driveway post.
Gore suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Danny J. Davis, 68, of Piedmont was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, on suspicion of DWI and speeding. He was booked at the Wayne County Jail.

Aryanna Destiny Smith, 19, of the 800 block of Henderson Street was booked at the Butler County jail Thursday, Nov. 12, on a failure to appear warrant for third-degree assault.

Steven Jerome Moore Jr., 29, of the 300 block of Relief Street was arrested at 9:10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9, in the 700 block of Highway 53 on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Quinton Markel Cook, 31, of the 900 block of Emma Street was arrested at 8:58 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9, in the 700 block of Highway 53 on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked and released pending review of the case by the prosecuting attorney.

Tabatha Ann Bruder, 43, no address listed, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, in the 1700 block of West Harper Street on a municipal failure to appear warrant for shoplifting. She was booked at the Butler County jail.

Jessica N. Buck, 32, who listed Poplar Bluff and Doniphan addresses, was arrested at 5:31 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at Sportsman Park on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, displaying plates of another and no valid license. She was booked and released.

Nikisha Lashay Turner reported at about 5:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, a glass door at Casey’s General Store in the 1900 block of South Broadway had been broken.
According to the report, store surveillance showed two subjects wearing dark hoodies and masks entered after breaking the glass. Multiple items were stolen from the electronic cigarettes section behind the counter.

William M. Matthews of the 900 block of Poplar Street reported Thursday, Nov. 12, several packages had been stolen from his porch the day before.
According to the report, the packaging were found on the steps in front of a residence on Vine Street.
