Zackery Michael Dickson, 36, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Probation and Parole on a Ripley County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was released to a Ripley County deputy.

A 54-year-old Doniphan man was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 2:35 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, at the intersection of Pine and Main streets.
According to the report, Kenneth Wayne Smith, 59, of Doniphan was operating a 1995 Nissan pickup eastbound on Pine Street when his truck was struck in the rear by a 2001 Lincoln Town Car being operated by Rachel M. Grissom, 36, of the 700 block of Ninth Street.
Grissom reported her shoe slipped, which caused her car to allegedly strike Smith’s truck.
Smith and his passenger, Daniel Wade Parker, were taken by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment.

Two area men were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 4:40 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, near the intersection of Shelby Road and Kanell Boulevard.
According to the report, Casey Lynn Cawley, 51, of the 400 block of Karen Drive was operating a 2005 Dodge Caravan southbound on Shelby, just south of the Kanell Boulevard intersection.
At the same time, Frank Edward Million, 44, of Ellsinore was operating a 2001 Honda motorcycle northbound on Shelby Road when he failed to negotiate a right-hand curve, and his motorcycle crossed the center line and collided with Cawley’s van.
Both drivers were taken by ambulance to area hospitals for treatment.
