Mrs. Beaufort Evel Corbin, formerly of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed Oct. 30, 2020 at Hooverwoods Care Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mrs. Corbin, a lifelong resident of Southeast Missouri, was born Dec. 26, 1928 in Canalou, Missouri to the late Joe and Beaufort (Fleming) Martin.

Mrs. Corbin was a member of New Life Ministries in Poplar Bluff, and later joined Eastern Star Church when she moved to Indianapolis.

She is the widow of Sam Corbin. In addition to her husband, her parents, nine siblings, a daughter-n-law, one infant son and one infant granddaughter preceded her in death.

Mrs. Corbin is survived by her two children, Doris Fields (Joseph) of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Gerald Fleming of Chesapeake, Virginia. She is also survived by three sisters, Lee Thomas of Tacoma, Washington, Ruth Bird of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, and Joanna Potts (Willie) of Chicago, Illinois, and Lessie Mae Bean of Parma, Missouri, her favorite sister-n-law. She has seven grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
