City firefighters responded at 10:57 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, to a report a fire near Video Playhouse on South Broadway.
According to the report, firefighters found an unauthorized burn in the back of the 1522 S. Broadway residence occupied by Danny Hillis.
Firefighters used 10 gallons of water to put out the fire and told Hillis about the city’s burn ordinance.
