David Merile Bollinger, 68, of Poplar Bluff died Oct. 15, 2020 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis Mo.
He was born on Sept. 13, 1952 in Anchorage, Alaska to the late James Bollinger and Bettie Attom.
He was a retired truck driver and of the Christian Faith. He was very honored and proud to serve his country in the United States Navy.
He enjoyed the outdoors and nature.
He is survived by his children: Michelle Lawrence, Matthew Bollinger, Jim Bollinger; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Debbie Williamson; one nephew, Eric Mordis.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister Judy Mordis.
Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020 in the Fowler Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Ron Fowler officiating. Burial will follow in the City Cemetery with full Military Rites.
