Carolyn Sue (Curry) Pennington, 77, of Poplar Bluff, left this world to meet her Savior, Sunday, Sept. 6, 2020, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, after an extended illness.
Before her illness, Carolyn loved going to church, spending time with family, reading and watching westerns.
Carolyn will be greatly missed by her two daughters, Rema (Gary) Revelle and Rachel (Mike) Jackson; five grandchildren, David, Joseph (Kasi), Derek, Sarah and Hailey; and four great-grandchildren, Isaac, Midnight, Haven and Aiden.
She was preceded in death by her son Darrell Hunter, Jr. and her two sisters, Faye Wells and Norma Barnes.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel with the funeral service following at 10 a.m. Rev. Ray Owens will officiate. Burial will be at Brown Chapel Cemetery in Broseley. Serving as pallbearers with a special thank you from the entire family are Joseph Revelle, Derek Brooks, Keith Geer, Daniel Geer, Blake Lewis and Ricky Crumpton.
