A 47-year-old Piedmont man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 6:55 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, on Highway 21, five miles north of Doniphan.

According to the report, Donald S. Bailey was operating a 2011 Chevrolet pickup southbound when it ran off the left side of the road and struck a tree.

Bailey suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Kelly L. Watson, 40, of Malden was arrested at 7:47 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, in Stoddard County on suspicion of DWI (drugs). She was released to medical personnel.

Charles R. Taylor, 71, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, on suspicion of DWI (drugs/alcohol). He was booked at the Butler County jail and released.

Melinda Dell Bellah, 60, of the 2300 block of Grand Avenue was booked at the Butler County jail Thursday, Sept. 3, on suspicion of peace disturbance.

Kyle James Hait, 32, of Wappapello was booked at the Butler County jail Thursday, Sept. 3, on two capias warrants for probation violation on the original charges of distribution/delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

Michael Wayne Iler, 41, of the 100 block of Begley Street was booked at the Butler County jail Thursday, Sept. 3, on a capias warrant for probation violation on an original charge of receiving stolen property.

Brooke Latosha Richmann, 27, of the 500 block of County Road 301 was booked at the Butler County jail Thursday, Sept. 3, on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault and a failure to appear warrant for second-degree burglary.

Ronnie Engelken report Thursday, Sept. 3, that a box trailer, owned by Concrete Pro, had been entered at a job site on Timber Wolf Drive.

According to the report, a chop saw, leaf blower, rebar tie gun, drills, sawzall, skilsaw, impacts, miscellaneous hand tools and work boots were among the items stolen from the trailer.

POPLAR BLUFF POLICE DEPARTMENT

Chelsea Sue Gilliam, 28, of the 2800 block of West Lakeview Drive was arrested at 12:46 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, in the 400 block of Poplar Street on suspicion of DWI.

Gilliam, who registered a blood-alcohol content of .186% on a breath test, was booked and released on a criminal summons.

Jeremy Ruffins, 45, of the 200 block of Lee Street was arrested at 1 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at the intersection of Highway B and Business 60 on two Butler County warrants for traffic and third-degree domestic assault and a municipal failure to appear warrant for no operator’s license. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Bernardo Ray Hood, 40, who listed Wappapello and Poplar Bluff addresses, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, in the 500 block of North Second Street on a warrant for parole violation on an original drug offense. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Jerry Dale Goldsmith of the 600 block of Park Avenue reported Thursday, Sept. 3, his 1999 Ford pickup had been stolen from his residence sometime during the prior night.
