FISK -- Wilma King-Jennings would like to let you know that her work here is done. She received a call, an offer you can’t refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. The assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time. There she will patiently wait and watch over all her family and friends till someday, not too soon, to meet again...

FISK -- Wilma King-Jennings would like to let you know that her work here is done. She received a call, an offer you can’t refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning.

The assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time. There she will patiently wait and watch over all her family and friends till someday, not too soon, to meet again.

She was 89 years young of Troy, Missouri, formerly Dexter, Missouri.

Born Oct. 25, 1930, at Bernie, she was daughter of the late Ida West and Albert Boone; she left quietly and peacefully on July 17, 2020.

She was married in 1947 to Billy King of Broseley. To which six children were born: Sheila Williams and husband, Glenn, Kenneth (Donnie) King and wife, Marcie, Brenda Sieker and husband, Gary, Rhonda Uthoff and husband, Ray, who survive, and one daughter, Debbie King, and one son, Terry King, both who preceded her in death.

She is also survived by one daughter-in-law, Linda; three sisters, Erma Dabbs, Christine Harmon and Ruth Young and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was married to Harry Jennings for several years. He preceded her in death also.

Wilma was a jack of many trades among them factory worker and nursing, but most of all mom and grandma.

Visitation will begin Wednesday at 11 a.m. at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at noon in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gary Hancock officiating. Burial will in Brown Chapel Cemetery at Broseley.
