Extrication was needed at a vehicle accident before 9 a.m. Tuesday at Highway 60 East at the Highway NN junction. Tessa Scott, 22, suffered minor injuries and was transported to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment. According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1990 Freightliner truck driven by Joshua McNece allegedly pulled into the path of a 2003 Hyundai driven by Andrew Ramirez-Gardner, which Scott was a passenger in. Emergency crews from several agencies assisted at the scene, including packaging the patient for transport and cleaning up a small oil and fluid spill.DAR/Paul Davis
