Barbara Cecil, 75, of Poplar Bluff died Friday, July 10, 2020, at her home. Cecil was born Aug. 16, 1944, in Parma. Visitation will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev.
