Frances Hicks

CAMPBELL — Frances Michelle Williams Hicks, 54, of Wappapello, formerly of Campbell, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Michelle, daughter of Jimmy Daniel Williams and Marietta Frances Reynolds O’Neal, was born Tuesday, May 24, 1966, in Dixon, Tennessee.

She was homemaker.

Her survivors include her mother, Marietta O’Neal of Campbell; daughter, Kayla Brooke Miller of Selmer, Tennessee; granddaughter, Elizabeth Hope Smith of Selmer, Tennessee; sister, Mary Ann Featherston (Jerry) of Cape Girardeau; brother, Danny Williams (Freda) of Campbell; two nieces; five nephews; and other family member and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Daniel Williams; two sisters, Reba James and Tina Marie Williams; and step-father, Everett Lancaster.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Saturday, July 11, at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, July 12, at Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell with Pastor Tim Schultz officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell.

Landess Funeral Home of Campbell will be in charge of the arrangements.
