Cecil L. Holman, 57, Wappapello was arrested at 3:09 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, on suspicion of felony driving while intoxicated; driving while revoked; and operated all terrain vehicle on highway. He was booked at Wayne County Jail.

One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 2 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, on Marina Road in Wappapello State Park.

According to the report, Bryan M. Lunsford, 35, of Poplar Bluff was southbound in a 2011 Ford Ranger when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the right side of the road and overturned.

He was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.

A Piedmont man was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 4:50 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, on Highway 34 at Highway C.

According to the report, Andrew R. Mize, 24, was eastbound in a 2006 Saturn Ion when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the road and overturned.

He was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.

BUTLER COUNTY SHERIFF

Tiffany A. Maynard, 39, of the 700 bock of N Ninth Street reported at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 7, a stolen vehicle located in the 100 bock of Windy Ridge Circle.

According to the report, the vehicle was identified as one reported as stolen on June 27. It was released to Maynard.

Officers responded to County Road 268 in Neelyville at 10:17 a.m. Saturday, July 4, by the request of the Paragould Police Department and located a stolen vehicle. It was towed.

Jeffory T. Wright, 48, of Dexter, was booked at the Stoddard County Jail on a warrant for probation violation.
