Sabrina Ridings has been promoted to regional vice president in the National Church Residences affordable housing division, overseeing properties in California, Arizona, Washington, Idaho, Missouri, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Wisconsin and Ohio.

“Sabrina’s experience, dedication and passion for helping others achieve success are ideal for this new role,” said senior vice president and chief operating officer of senior living and affordable housing, Steve Bodkin. “As a regional vice president, Sabrina will bring immense value from her prior experience within and outside National Church Residences.”

Ridings joined the organization in 2011 and served as a property manager, senior property manager and – most recently – regional portfolio leader. Prior to her work with National Church Residences, Ridings was a broker and manager with Mossy Oak Properties in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She also was involved with residential and commercial property management, operations and sales with Century 21 Realty offices in Poplar Bluff and Jackson, Missouri.

“Sabrina is a thoughtful contributor, and problem solver,” said vice president of property management, Sonya Brown. “She is well respected by her peers and consistently rises to the occasion. I have no doubt that this next step in her career will bring additional accomplishments her way. I’m excited about her continued growth with our organization.”

A graduate of Three Rivers College and a licensed real estate broker, Ridings is a lifelong resident of the Missouri Ozarks. She has served on several local association boards, including the chamber of commerce, Three Rivers Board of Realtors and Women Aware, Inc., an organization dedicated to empowering women and inspiring leadership.
