Gary Lynn House, 62, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, went on to be with Jesus on March 24, 2020. He was surrounded by his family.
Gary was born to David and Nadine House on Aug. 7, 1957.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer House of Poplar Bluff; daughter, Erika (Darrell) Eastwood; granddaughters, Amber Meagan McMillian and Hayley Eastwood; one great-grandson, Finn Dewayne Guard; his mother-in-law, Kitty Tipton; sister, Joy Jennings and brothers, Harley House, Perry House and Scott House.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Nadine House; sister, Tammy Thurman and brothers, David House, Jerry House and Dewayne House.
Gary was saved on a Easter Sunday in 1980 in Grandin. He was a member of the Mt. Calvary Powerhouse Church, where he enjoyed teaching Sunday school. Gary was an ordained minister through the Holy Ghost Outreach Ministries.
Gary’s passion was winning the lost at any cost, along with coon hunting, deer hunting, traveling and most of all being a grandfather.
A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. on June 27, 2020, at Mt. Calvary Powerhouse Church in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Bishop Ron Webb will be officiating the service.
