Sue Trout

Sue Trout, 81, of Broseley, died Friday, June 19, 2020.

Mrs. Trout was born Nov. 4, 1938, daughter of the late Willie and Gertrude Pierce. She enjoyed life and loved visiting with people; she never met a stranger.

On Nov. 9, 1957, she married Clint Trout Jr. He preceded her in death on Jan. 20, 1966.

She is survived by two daughters: Geana Chaligoj and husband Kirk of Poplar Bluff and Jana Trout Williams of Broseley; two brothers: Larry and Jerry Pierce, both of Poplar Bluff; four sisters: Mary Lou Boyers, Beverly Vancil, and Sherrie Patterson, all of Poplar Bluff, and Shelia Slaughter of Farmersville, Texas; five grandchildren: Janaca Watson and husband Dan, Jordan Chaligoj and wife Samantha, Jacus, Jaclyn, and Jaylen Williams; and three great grandchildren: Dane Robinson, Lyndan Watson, and Jaycee Williams.

There will be a private family graveside service on Thursday, June 25, at Brown Chapel Cemetery.
