Riggie Lee Lloyd, 33, of Neelyville was arrested at 6:23 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, in the 800 block of Kendall Street on a warrant for parole violation and suspicion of first-degree burglary, second-degree harassment and stealing animals. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Jessica Rose Holland, 29, of the 1900 block of Broadway and the 200 block of W. Midland was arrested at 12:03 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, on Grove Street on two failure to appear warrants on the original charges of forgery and larceny and a warrant for larceny stealing. She was booked in the Butler County jail.

Donald Ray Stanley, 68, of the 600 block of South East and Cypress was arrested at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, on Highway 60 on a parole warrant. He was booked in the Butler County jail.

Al D. Brown, 46, of the 700 block of E. Outer Road was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, in the 400 block of W. Harper Street on a parole warrant on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine). He was booked in the Butler County jail.

Moses Douglas, 60, homeless, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, in the 600 block of Bartlett Street on suspicion of first-degree trespassing.

According to the report, officers responded to the location due to reports of an unwanted guest. Douglas was located yelling through a door and escorted outside. Police talked with the tenant, Bridgette Lene Cannon, 53, who said Douglas visits her at times, but not when he’s intoxicated as he becomes loud and violent.

Location manager Melissa Haynes asked police to write a trespassing affidavit and serve it to Douglas as this was not the first time he’d behaved violently on the property. They did so and afterward, while officers spoke with Cannon, Douglas reportedly crossed the street and went back onto the property making threatening slurs and gestures.

He was booked in the Butler County jail.

Melvin W. Branscom, 61, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 9:18 a.m. Monday, May 25, in Butler County on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and unlawful use of a weapon. He was taken to the Butler County jail.

A Doniphan woman was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 67 northbound at Route C at about 11:56 A.M. Monday. May 25.

According the patrol report, Valerie J. Freeman, 46, received moderate injuries when a 2003 Honda Civic driven by Logan Q. Sells, 31, of Naylor pulled into the path of Freeman’s 2008 GMC Sierra. The report stated Freeman’s vehicle ran off the roadway and overturned.
