Dustin Wayne Kelly, 24, who listed Poplar Bluff, Grandin and Doniphan addresses, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, April 29, in the 600 block of North D Street on a Ripley County warrant for littering. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Kevin Dewayne Kelly, 51, no address listed, was arrested at noon Wednesday, April 29, in the 600 block of North D Street on a warrant for parole violation and a Carter County failure to appear warrant for failure to register a motor vehicle. He was booked at the Butler County jail, where he also is being held on a failure to appear warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephanie Lynn Rankin of the 600 block of West Victor Street reported all four tires on her 2004 Chrysler Pacifica were punctured during the overnight hours of April 20 into the early morning hours of April 21.

Two area women were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 12:04 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, at the intersection of Westwood Boulevard and Sunset Drive.
According to the report, Cheryl Lynn Hardin, 57, of the 1200 block of County Road 523 was operating a southbound 2016 Kia Sorento, which was stopped at the traffic light on Westwood at Sunset.
At the same time, Debra Lee Kirkpatrick, 63, of Silva was operating a southbound 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier, which she attempted to stop behind Hardin’s vehicle.
Kirkpatrick’s car allegedly struck the rear of Hardin’s vehicle.
Kirkpatrick and her 65-year-old passenger, Gale Elizabeth Hays of Williamsville were taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.
