MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL

A 38-year-old Pocahontas, Arkansas, woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 8:50 p.m. Thursday, April 16, on U.S. 67 at Highway 142 in Butler County.

According to the report, Michael R. Hunter, 70, of Greenfield, Indiana, was operating a 2020 Freightliner northbound when it struck the rear of a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix being driven by Christopher P. Kohrman, 39, of Naylor.

Kohrman’s passenger, Axie M. Wilt, suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Two Sikeston residents were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 5:33 p.m. Thursday, April 16, on U.S. 60, 10 miles east of Dexter.

According to the report, Carroll W. Henson, 74, of Anna, Illinois, was operating a 2004 Dodge pickup eastbound when it struck the rear of a 2002 Dodge Caravan being operated by Steven A. Britton, 51, of Sikeston.

Henson’s passenger, Mark A. Thornton, 44, suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau for treatment.

Britton’s passenger, Katie L. Hale, 49, suffered minor injuries and also was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis for treatment.

Ross M. Hayworth, 20, of Piedmont was arrested at 10:08 p.m. Thursday, April 16, on suspicion of DWI. He was booked at the Butler County jail and released.

Watson, 54, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 1:05 p.m. Thursday, April 16, on a New Madrid County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a Butler County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked at the Scott County Jail.

Nathan L. Tighe, 25, of De Soto was arrested at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 16, on suspicion of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Jordion Trevon Bell, 21, of the 5000 block of Nellie Sue Circle was booked at the Butler County jail Thursday, April 16, on a warrant for third-degree domestic assault. He was released on bond.

Dallas Glen Thornton, 28, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4:55 a.m. Friday, April 17, at the intersection of Westwood Boulevard and Harper Street on two Butler County warrants for tampering with a motor vehicle. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Autumn Nicole Marvin, 22, of Grandin was detained at 10:49 p.m. Thursday, April 16, at the Walmart Supercenter. She was issued a summons for stealing/shoplifting and released.

Billy Wayne Young, 48, of the 1000 block of Kinzer Street was arrested at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday, April 15, in the 2000 block of Woodhaven on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting and resisting arrest. He was booked and released on a criminal summons.
