Poplar Bluff Police Joseph Taylor Crisel, 29, of Puxico was arrest Friday on a failure to appear warrant for stealing. According to the report, three people were injured about 4:06 p.m. Friday, March 13, when a 1996 Food F150 driven by Larry D. Barnett, 61, of Qulin, traveling eastbound crossed the center line and struck a 2005 Chrysler HHR driven Grover E. Hettel. 78, of Doniphan. Hettel was traveling west.

Barnett reportedly was seriously injured. He and Hettel, who reportedly had moderate injuries, were taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Larry D. Barnett, 37, of Qulin was a passenger in the Barnett's truck had minor injuries and was taken for treatment by personal conveyance. According to the report, neither Barnett was wearing a safe device.
