Peter Ray Bennett

Peter Ray Bennett, 51, of Neelyville passed away Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Bennett was born Dec. 17, 1968 in Los Angeles, Calif., to Levi Bennett and Paula VanHoff.

Peter was a sign mechanic and installer. He enjoyed tinkering and building things.

He leaves the love of his life, Sandra McCormack (wife); two stepchildren. Bill Baker and Jessica Baker; four grandchildren; his brothers, Nick Nesbitt (Donna) and Charles Spencer (Heather); sister, Anna Vaughn (William); nine nieces and nephews and 15 great-nieces and nephews.

Mr. Bennett was preceded in death by his mother and one sister; Angela Bennett.

His family held a graveside inurnment at 11 a.m. Feb. 22, 2020 in Campbell, Mo.
