MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
Three Butler County residents were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 1:50 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, on Highway B at Highway Z in Butler County.
According to the report, Nicholas A. Barrett, 41, of Poplar Bluff was operating a 2007 Chevrolet pickup northbound when he failed to yield at an intersection and drove his truck into the path of a 2012 Nissan Altima being driven westbound by Lindsay L. Kendle, 20, of Qulin.
Barrett and his passenger, Terry D. Morris, 58, of Poplar Bluff, as well as Kendle, all suffered minor injuries and were taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

A 32-year-old Kennett man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 11 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, on Highway 53 in the Qulin city limits.
According to the report, Stanley M. Money was operating a 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo northbound when it ran off the left side of the road and struck an embankment.
Money suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Isaiah L. Brown, 20, of Broseley was arrested at 9:56 a.m. Monday, Feb. 24, on suspicion of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of a firearm. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Dustin P. Taylor, 31, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:01 p.m. Monday, Feb. 24, on a Butler County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance, a Butler County warrant for aggravated assault, two Poplar Bluff municipal failure to appear warrants for no insurance and domestic assault and on suspicion of possession of stolen property, no valid license, no insurance, failure to signal, possession of fewer than 10 grams of marijuana, no front plate, failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another.
He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Jason Michael Findley, 39, of the 7900 block of Highway C was booked at the Butler County jail Tuesday, Feb. 25, on two failure to appear warrants for no insurance and possession of a controlled substance.

Jessica Nicole Quigley, 32, of Qulin was booked at the Butler County jail on suspicion of failure to display plates, lane violation and no insurance.

Shelby Jean Cates of the 2700 block of Holly Trail reported at about 9 a.m. Feb. 17 that her unlocked vehicle had been entered, and items from its glove box and console were strewn throughout the vehicle.

Billy D. Briney of Corning, Ark., reported the lock and fuel pump were damaged in an apparent attempt to steal fuel sometime between Friday, Feb. 21, and Monday, Feb. 24. The incident happened at Briney’s property near the intersection of Highway EE and Highway 142 at Neelyville.
According to the report, the copper wiring running from his meter box to the electric pole also was cut and stolen.
