Naomi Barker

Naomi (Goodrich) Barker passed from this world on Dec. 20, 2019 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Naomi was born on Aug. 9, 1959 in Poplar Bluff.

She was preceded in death by her father, BA Goodrich. Naomi is survived by her mother, Dorothy Goodrich; her husband, Paul Barker; two sons, Travis Templemire (Cassie) of Dexter and George Rowland of Springfield; four sisters, Sandra (Jerry) Murphy, Debra (John) Sells, Jenny (Kent) Miller, Penny (Keith) Burson, all of Poplar Bluff and one brother, Bruce (Kellie) Goodrich of Fisk.

Naomi leaves an abundance of precious memories behind to two grandchildren, Macie and BA Templemire. Naomi was an adventurous NaNa who packed years worth of memories and adventures into every treasured moment she had with her grandkids. Naomi will be missed terribly by family and friends.

Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28 at Palace of Praise in Poplar Bluff. A celebration of life will follow at 1 p.m. with Bishop Kent Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Brown Chapel Cemetery in Broseley.
