PIEDMONT — Richard E. Mell, 81, of Patterson, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019 at Evelyn’s House, Creve Coeur, Mo.
Visitation will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2 with the funeral following at 3 p.m. Burial will be in the Patterson Cemetery.
