1 injured after vehicle overturns

One person was injured around 10:30 a.m. Thursday after a vehicle overturned in an accident on East Pine Street in Poplar Bluff.

According to officials, one man was transported by ambulance with complaints of injuries to his right arm and back pain.

The accident occurred as a 2005 Ford Ranger was eastbound on Pine, said officers with the Poplar Bluff Police Department. The vehicle was struck by a 2018 Nissan Frontier, which was making a left turn off of Peach Street, according to reports.

No injuries were reported from the Frontier.

Names of the individuals involved have not been released at this time.
