The Poplar Bluff High School SHO-ME Band brought home numerous trophies from their second competition of the season last Saturday at the Wright City Marching Festival in Wright City, Mo.

The band competed against nearly 20 bands from all over the St. Louis area and southeast Missouri during the all day festival.

The performance of their "Double Agent" field show earned the SHO-ME Band 2nd place honors in the largest band division and placed them 3rd overall for the day.

The SHO-ME Band color guard earned the 2nd place trophy in the indoor competition and the SHO-ME Band percussion team also earned 2nd place honors in the indoor competition at the Wright City Marching Festival.

Their next competition is set for Saturday, Oct. 12 in Sikeston at the SEMOBDA Marching Band Competition.
