NEELYVILLE — Kenneth Mitchell Petigo, 58, of Doniphan, died Monday, Sept. 23, 2019 at Westwood Hills Healthcare in Poplar Bluff. He was born on March 17, 1961 in South Elgin, Ill.
Mr. Petigo was a longtime resident of Ripley County and previously lived in Matthews, Mo., Sikeston and Portageville, Mo. He was former paper shredder with the Sheltered Workshop.
Mr. Petigo enjoyed reading, collecting duck figurines, model cars, singing and attending church. He was a member of the Naylor Pentecostal Church.
On Sept. 5, 1986 he married Debra Gribble. She preceded him in death on Dec. 28, 2016.
Mr. Petigo is survived by his mother, Lois McClain Marshall of Jonesboro, Ark.; three daughters, Heather N. Dillon and husband, Nick of Doniphan, Tasha Ray and husband, Adam of Pocahontas, Ark. and Jennifer Clifton of Poplar Bluff; sister, Patty Compton and husband, Randy of Springfield, Mo.; brother, Wayne Rogers and 11 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife; father, Kenneth Petigo; sisters, Debbie McDowell and Vicky Teteak; brothers, Chet Rogers and Bill Petigo.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 at Fowler & Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville. The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with Donnie Fowler officiating. Burial will be in the Naylor Memorial Cemetery.
