The 28th Annual Old Greenville Days kicked off Saturday with music and family-friendly activities at the former town site. Music will continue until 6 p.m. tonight. A special church service will be held at 8:45 a.m. Sunday at the Courthouse Mound, before another day of fun, food and crafts...

The 28th Annual Old Greenville Days kicked off Saturday with music and family-friendly activities at the former town site.

Music will continue until 6 p.m. tonight.

A special church service will be held at 8:45 a.m. Sunday at the Courthouse Mound, before another day of fun, food and crafts.

The lineup Sunday includes: 10 a.m. The McAtees; 11 a.m. open Mic; noon Rising Son; 1 p.m. Iron Mountain Station; 2 p.m. Level Ground Ministries; 2 p.m. children’s games and candy cannon; 3 p.m. Buzzard Run; and 4 p.m. Gene Riddle and The Oak Hill Singers.

The event is organized with by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wappapello Lake project and community members.
