NEELYVILLE, Mo. — Jamie Douglas Pentecost, 22, of Rockford, Ill., died Aug. 6, 2019.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16 at the Fowler & Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville. A graveside service will immediately follow at the Neelyville Cemetery.
