Bill Goodman

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. — Bill Goodman, 84, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff. He was born on January 19, 1935 in Camden, Tenn. to late Marvin and Gennie Goodman.

On May 13, 1965, he was married to Gladys Goodman in Broseley, Mo. She survives of the home. Mr. Goodman is a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife; children, Michael (Dawn) Goodman and Susan (Ron) Maurer; grandchildren, Julia, Olivia Goodman, Amanda, Jenna and Ryan Maurer.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Glynn, Lynn and Wayne Goodman.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, June 5 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. The funeral will follow at noon at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo. with Rev. Calvin Buhler officiating. Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
