QULIN, Mo. — Dale Ashcraft, age 86, of Qulin, died Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, Mo. Mr. Ashcraft was born Friday, February 24, 1933 in Qulin, son of the late Roy and Eva Ashcraft. Mr. Ashcraft was a farmer and had placed first in the Arkansas Corn Growers Association several years and placed second in the Missouri Corn Growers Association in 2018. He had served in the Army during the Korean War.
On July 14, 1960 he married Edna Winingnear. She survives.
Also surviving are one son, Kevin Ashcraft of Qulin; one daughter, Donna Sue Fincher and husband, Leland of Qulin; one sister, Doris Moore of Corning, Ark.; two grandchildren, Keith Ashcraft of Qulin and Holly Dale Beaird and husband, Jordan of Campbell.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Qulin. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 23 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Calvin Ham, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Qulin Cemetery in Qulin.
