Lucas Edington, broker/owner of Mossy Oak Properties Mozark Realty, has announced Derek Emmons as the Top Producer for April.

Emmons has been in real estate since September of 2014. He is a member of the Missouri Board of Realtors, is the current MLS Director for the Three Rivers Board of Realtors, an active board member for the University of Missouri extension office in Butler County and is active in the community. He is married to Bobbi Emmons and they have two children, Emery who is 4 and Huxley who is 1.

Bailiff is Top Lister

Tammy Bailiff has deep roots in Southeast Missouri. She is a 1985 graduate of Puxico Hugh School and resided in Dexter for numerous years before settling in Van Buren with her husband, John and daughter, Brittany in 1999. She is actively involved in her community and is currently serving her second term as a member of the City Council. Tammy has worked with her husband for the past 16 years in the insurance industry and recently decided to pursue her longtime passion in the field of Real Estate. She is excited to be a new addition to the Mossy Oak Properties team and she looks forward to serving you.

Penmac names Dennis assistant branch manager

Penmac Staffing, a provider of staffing and human resource services, has named Presley Dennis the new Assistant Branch Manager of its office in Poplar Bluff.

Dennis started with Penmac in 2018 as Staffing Specialist and Education Coordinator for the Poplar Bluff office and has already contributed to the branch’s success.

Dennis received her Business Management and Accounting degree from Independence University. Before starting at Penmac, she worked with physically and mentally disabled teens, while also volunteering in the community.

Penmac, which has over 30 branches in nine states, opened the Poplar Bluff branch in 2012.

Weight Loss Solutions expands to Dexter

Saint Francis Healthcare System’s Weight Loss Solutions program is expanding its services to Saint Francis Health Center in Dexter.

Bariatric fellow trained general surgeons Ryan A. LeGrand, MD, and Carson C. Cunningham, MD, will alternate consulting with patients at the clinic from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every other Tuesday at the 1212 Saint Francis Drive location in Dexter.
