County firefighters responded at 5:06 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, to a brush fire at 3000 block of South Westwood Boulevard.
According to the report, an unattended trash fire spread into nearby woods, burning about an acre.

County firefighters responded at 5:22 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, to a report of a structure fire at 2747 Hickman Road.
According to the report, a mobile home was on the ground upon arrival. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal’s Office.

City firefighters responded at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, to a report of a fire on Hickman Road.
According to the report, firefighters found the mobile home at 2747 Hickman Road to be fully involved upon their arrival.
Firefighters used 4,000 gallons of water to put out the fire, which was located in Butler County. The Butler County Fire Department was contacted and the scene was turned over to county firefighters.

City firefighters responded at 6:18 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, to a possible woods fire off of Oakmoore Drive.
According to the report, firefighters arrived to find a small fire burning about 30 yards into the woods at the 3100 Oakmoore Drive owned by Ralph Nunn.
Firefighters used 200 gallons of water to put out the fire.
