Jamie Lynn and David Michael Kelley, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., announce the birth of their 4-pound 10-ounce son, Oliver Michael Kelley. He was born at 10:51 a.m., Nov. 27, 2018 at Saint Francis Healthcare Family Birthplace in Cape Girardeau, Mo. and was 17.5 inches long.
Maternal grandparent is James Collins of Malden, Mo. Paternal grandparents are Sheila and Cevis Smith of Poplar Bluff.
Oliver has two brothers and a sister.
