The Rodgers Theatre will present "The Best of Motown" at 7 p.m. Friday.

The four-man group, currently with a show in Branson, Mo., pays tribute to the many R&B and soul greats that have defined modern American music.

Members of the group include Derek Ventura, who began singing at age 13 and has performed for the last 52 years. Derek is from New York City. Andre Shepherd grew up singing in churches, then moved on to traveling with "Legends in Concert" and has sung with The Platters and many others. Andre is from St. Louis. Ditanuel Hutchison hails from Detroit and grew up listening to The Temptations. He worked with "Legends in Concert" and has performed at casinos and many other venues. Member AJSR currently performs with the St. Louis Symphony and also performed at Carnegie Hall for many years. He has appeared with several greats such as Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, and Marvin Gaye.

Their performance includes eye-catching costumes, stunning choreography, and timeless hits from artists like The Temptations, The O'Jays, The Four Tops, The Stylistics, The Shondells, The Delphonics, and more.
