NEELYVILLE, Mo. - Phillip Branson Garrett, 70, of Neelyville, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018 at his home.
Visitation will be from 5 - 7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 4 at Fowler & Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville. The funeral will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 5 at the funeral home with Gene McElhaney officiating. Burial will be in Eaton Cemetery in Naylor, Mo.
