DONIPHAN, Mo. -- Charlotte Eugina Pinkard, 68, of Doniphan, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018, at the Evelyn House Hospice Center in Creve Coeur, Mo.
A Memorial Service will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, . at the Victory Christian Fellowship Church in Doniphan. The officiant will be Brother Jason Anderson.
