Puxico Country Christmas is an event to raise money for The Puxico Public Library, The Berry-Glenn Museum, The Puxico Nutrition Center and for South Park. This year, it will begin on Friday, Nov. 30, and end Sunday, Dec. 9.

Friday, Nov. 30
6 p.m. Country Christmas (Lighted) Celebration Parade
Presented by Puxico First Midwest Bank
Saturday, Dec. 1:
Lite the Nite Business Decorating Contest Starts. Businesses decorate their store front and you get to vote for your favorite. Each vote is a penny.
*Friday, Dec. 7:
6 p.m. Lite the Nite 5K registration: $25 entry-fee comes with a long sleeve Lite the Nite T-shirt and two glow sticks.
6:30 p.m. Lite the Nite 5K run starts.
6:30-8:30 p.m. Music and Party in the Park (free event) Santa will be in the park for pictures and enjoy some warm drinks and cookies with games for the kids.
*Saturday, Dec. 8:
Craft Fair from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The location for this at the DAEOC Head Start (old feed mill) 150 S. Hickman St. Some vendors may be set up Friday night.
Music and Movie in the Park 6-9 p.m.
*Sunday, Dec. 9 :
2-5 p.m. Tour of Homes-tickets are $5. Giveaways immediately following. Tour starts at the Puxico City Library.
